1. Who we are

Lune is provided by Aster Hills LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA (“we”). By installing or using Lune you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What Lune is — and isn't

Lune helps you log your cycle and see patterns in your own data. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a method of contraception. Predictions and fertile-window estimates are estimates based on what you log, and they can be wrong. Don't rely on Lune to avoid or achieve pregnancy, and talk to a doctor or other healthcare professional about anything that worries you.

3. Your data

What you log stays on your phone. How Lune handles data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

4. Lune Pro subscriptions

• Plans. Lune Pro is offered as a yearly or weekly subscription through Google Play, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it lasts the number of days shown (for example 3 days). If you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and Google Play charges you the price shown.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancelling. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds. Payments are handled by Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.
• Price changes. If the price changes, Google Play tells you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.
• What's included. We may improve or change Pro features over time. Logging your cycle stays free.

5. AI guidance

With Lune Pro, Lune can write a short read on your logs and answer questions, up to 5 replies a day (we may change the limit). Replies are generated by OpenAI's models through our relay. They are generated automatically, can be inaccurate or incomplete, and are observations, not medical advice. You can report a reply from inside the app.

6. Using Lune fairly

Please don't misuse the app: for example, don't try to break its security, unlock paid features without paying, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to harm others.

7. Ownership

Lune, its design, text, artwork (including the Lune moon) and code belong to Aster Hills. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices. Your logs are yours.

8. Liability

We work hard to make Lune accurate and reliable, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on Lune's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date, and important changes will be shown in the app. You can stop using Lune at any time by uninstalling it, and you can cancel a subscription in Google Play.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country. Questions: contact@asterhills.co.
